Right for you?

The appropriate Vectera™ level is based on your stage of aging and the degree of structural repositioning required:

  • Vectera™ I is designed for early aging isolated to the brow and midface, with minimal involvement of the jawline or neck
  • Vectera™ II is appropriate for patients beginning to see jawline softening and mild neck laxity, requiring both upper and lower facial support
  • Vectera™ III is for more advanced descent in the lower face and neck, where repositioning alone is not sufficient and skin reduction becomes necessary
  • Vectera™ IV is reserved for patients with significant structural aging across the face and neck who require comprehensive deep plane correction

All candidates share the same objective. We are not trying to make you look different. We are restoring structural support in a way that appears natural, balanced, and appropriate for your anatomy.

Facial aging presents in predictable patterns, but at different speeds and intensities. The Vectera™ system is designed to meet you at that exact stage:

  • Early brow descent or a sense of heaviness in the upper face
  • Loss of midface support with subtle cheek deflation or descent
  • Early softening along the jawline or development of jowls
  • Neck laxity, from mild looseness to more advanced sagging
  • Skin redundancy that cannot be corrected with repositioning alone

Vectera FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The appropriate Vectera™ level is determined during consultation based on the degree of facial sagging, the areas involved (brows, cheeks, jawline, neck), and the depth of structural support loss. Each level is designed to address a specific stage of facial aging.
A Weekend Lift focuses on the neck and lower face using more superficial elevation techniques, making it appropriate for earlier stages of aging with a shorter recovery. A Deep Plane Facelift addresses the entire face by releasing and repositioning deeper structures, allowing for more comprehensive correction of the midface, jawline, and neck with longer-lasting results.
Incisions are strategically placed along the hairline and around the ears to keep scars well concealed. With proper healing, they are typically not noticeable in everyday social settings.
Recovery time varies depending on the procedure. Less invasive treatments involve shorter downtime, while deeper structural procedures require a longer, more gradual healing period.
Yes. Vectera™ treatments are often combined to address multiple areas of the face, creating balanced, natural-looking results tailored to the patient’s anatomy.
Results depend on the level of correction and individual healing factors. Deeper structural procedures generally provide longer-lasting outcomes compared to more superficial treatments.
